Rowgate has one plan, Base, with extra users and database connections to match the size of your team. Prices are in the plans section of the website.
Free trial
Every new account can start with 7 days free, no credit card needed, with up to 3 users and 1 database connection. You choose the trial in the first step of the initial setup, and each company can use it once.
When the trial ends, the panel and the connector stop working and you see the notice Your trial has ended. The administrator can subscribe to Base right from there, and everything works again as before: data sources, profiles, people and audit records are kept.
Base plan
Base includes 3 users and 1 database connection, with every feature: access profiles by table, column and row, an audit record of every question, and the connector for AI assistants. The subscription is monthly.
To subscribe, click Subscribe to Base in Settings › Plan and billing (or in the trial-ended notice). Choose your add-ons and click Go to payment: payment happens on Stripe’s secure page.
For more than 50 users, or to install Rowgate on your company’s own infrastructure, pricing is custom: email [email protected].
Add-ons
In Settings › Plan and billing, click Change add-ons and adjust the number of extra users and extra connections.
- Increase: charged right away, prorated until the next billing date. Before you confirm, the screen shows the amount and the card that will be charged.
- Decrease: nothing is charged now; the difference becomes a credit on your next invoice.
- The limits change immediately.
- You can’t go below what is already in use. Users are counted together with pending invitations: to reduce, deactivate people or cancel invitations first.
Card and invoices
In Settings › Plan and billing, use Invoices and payment to open the Stripe portal, where you find your invoices and can change your card.
If a payment fails, the plan screen shows The last payment didn’t go through. Update your payment method so you don’t lose access.
Cancellation
To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you keep access until then. The full conditions are in the Terms of use.
